Storage and thaw
Frozen seafood, cut and packed for the freezer. Keep it at -18°C, thaw it overnight in the fridge and cook it the same day. Every product page lists the cut and the pack size.
Delivery and cold pack
Orders leave packed in ice in an insulated box, and travel frozen. Choose a delivery day when someone is home if you can, and move everything to the freezer as soon as it arrives.
If anything turns up thawed, message us with a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
